If you are a homeowner who needs help dealing one of the mortgage lenders listed above, we can help you. There are three options that you when you register:

 

Purchase the “Do It Urself with HRA Help” Package - $299

If you feel that you have the time to package your documents and submit your file on your own with the coaching and assistance from the HRA team, then this is the package for you. We will help you get your file into your lender and schedule conference calls to guide you through the back and forth communication until your file is complete. Please note: the process can take up to 12 weeks to complete and requires weekly follow up with your lender.

 

 

Purchase the Full Service HRA Package - $998 (2 payments of $499) 

If you do not feel comfortable trying to handle the loan modification process on your own or don’t have the time, then the full service package is for you. For this package, you will make an initial payment of $499 that will begin the HRA Process of: Initial interview, file analysis, submission and weekly follow with the lender. The 2nd payment of $499 is only due once we’ve successfully completed your loan modification.

 

Become an HRA Homeowner – Free Registration

It costs nothing to go into our database. We will collect your information and register you as an HRA Homeowner. While this does not provide any immediate one-on-one services, you will go on the mailing list to receive news updates and invites to our local workshops. If and when we do get a contract with your lender or your local government to provide one-on-one services we will contact you and provide you with help.
