Starting in 2007, HRA launched its Strength In Numbers campaign to provide FREE foreclosure prevention assistance to homeowners in trouble. We teamed up with local government officials to get the word out and helped thousands of homeowners.
Because of the demand from homeowners for one-on-one help and the ridiculous amount of money that companies are charging, HRA decided to offer a low cost mortgage assistance alternative to homeowners combined with free education.
We currently work with the following lenders: WAMU, Countrywide, Wells Fargo, Wachovia, Indymac, Chase, B of A, Litton Loans, Citimorgage and GMAC (AKA Homecomings).
BULLETIN: On March 4, 2009 President Obama announced his housing plan. The loans that are most affected by this plan are those owned and/or guaranteed by the Government Sponsored Entities, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
